Some of the best amplifiers in the world can be found at our store (and are listed below); click on a logo to be redirected to the amplifier page of that company's website.
You are welcome to bring your own guitar or bass (or other instrument) to the store to hear how it will sound plugged into several different amplifiers.

Marshall guitar amplifiers have been an industry standard among rock guitarists ever since Marshall first came on the scene in the 1960's. Jimi Hendrix fans will remember seeing Marshall full-stacks whenever Jimi performed. Marshall amps played an integral part in shaping the recognizable sounds for such acts as Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Guns'n Roses and countless others.

Fender amplifiers have also been established as a world standard. They are the first and only choice among many professional rock, country, blues, jazz and bluegrass players. The Fender Twin-Reverb, along with its modern-day protégé, the Cyber-Twin is one of the most popular guitar amps still in production today. The Fender bass amps are winning over many professional bassists from all styles of music. The SFX and Acoustisonic series acoustic amps are well-liked among acoustic players.

Squire amplifiers are good for the student guitarist or bassist. They sound great while practising in the bedroom, or jamming in the basement/garage with your friends.
The (Canadian made!) Yorkville line of bass amplifiers is a force to be reckoned with. A Yorkville amp will make your bass sound like a million dollars and ensure everyone feels the low-end right to their bowels. They also make some fantastic acoustic and keyboard amplifiers. Their two-year warrantee is the best we've seen.
The Traynor guitar amplifiers from the 1960's and 70's are still in such high demand that Pete Traynor (under the umbrella of Yorkville) has produced a brand-new tube amp, the YCV40 (and the YCV80 - due out soon). The YCV40 is so popular that we have trouble keeping them in stock. New Traynor products are backed by the powerful Yorkville warrantee.
Vox amplifiers (made famous by the Beatles) are still popular today. Mountain Music carries the AC-30 and the Cambridge models, among others.
Sunn bass amplifiers provided the big-bass sound characterized by the 1970's classic-rock and progressive-rock bands. Recommended for those of you wishing to shake the foundation of the venue in which you perform.
Roland has once again introduced a product that is like nothing musicians have ever seen. The VGA-7 MIDI amp has magic-like features that can change your sound to emulate your choice of guitar, guitar amp, speaker, acoustic instrument and open-tuning. It even has a reverse capo setting - no, really! Enter the Jazz Chorus and the Blues Cube amps, and you will see how Roland has successfully found a niche in the amplifier market.

Gallien-Kruger is a name usually only seen adorning amplifiers used by professional and serious bass players. GK is one of the most recommended choices for bassists requiring the best possible sound.

Yamaha, as usual, provides us with amplifiers for every possible need and budget. No one is forgotten, including guitarists, bassists, acoustic instrument players, keyboardists, vocalists, etc, etc.
